| Other Info | EVERY TUESDAY THROUGH FEB. 16 Class Description: The class is designed either for those who took the fall songwriting class or experienced songwriters looking to dig deeper in to their writing. A portion of each class will be spent reading/hearing each other’s songs and critiquing them for an eye on where they work and what needs improvement. We will explore writing to various grooves and work with writing "assignments" that give inspiration to spend more time writing. Instruments welcome. This workshop will include sessions with guest songwriters Marcy Marxer, Tom Paxton, and Paul Reisler. 6 meetings. Please Note: Members of The Songwriters Association of Washington, The Washington Area Music Association, and NARAS will receive the Writer's Center discount. MUST SIGN UP FOR FULL CLASS |
